Israeli, Middle-Eastern, Mediterranean Cuisine Certification
When you want to learn a language, the best thing to do is to live in the country where that language is spoken. Similarly, when you want to learn the cuisine of a certain region, it's best to learn it in its origin. So for Israeli cuisine, there's no place to learn it but Israel. Food is absolutely central to Israel's culture. They've created and refined delicious dishes like Shakshouka, Majadra, Falafel, Kubbeh, Mousakka, and of course, Hummus.
